CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ROSEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT AS DULY
APPOINTED POLICE OFFICERS OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights has entered into a contract
with the City of Roseville to provide police services for the City
of Falcon Heights; and
WHEREAS, the Roseville Police Department w~.ll patrol the City of
Falcon Heights and enforce Falcon Heights ordinances; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all members of the Roseville
Police Department are designated as duly appointed police officers
of Falcon Heights, authorized to act on all law enforcement matters
within the limits of Falcon Heights in the same manner and to the
same extent as though they were employees of Falcon Heights.
