Date: Feb. 12, 1992
A RESOLUTION DECLARING 2061 W. LARPENTEUR
BLIGHTED AND NON-CONFORMING
WHEREAS, the property at 2061 West Larpenteur is blighted and
dilapidated as determined by the building official, and
WHEREAS, the property at 2061 W. Larpenteur is a non-conforming
use in a B-1 A Zone, and
WHEREAS, any improvement to the property would require more
than routine maintenance as allowed in 9-2.02 of the zoning code;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the property at 2061 W. Larpenteur
Avenue be declared blighted.
