C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: March 25, 1992
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE CLEVELAND AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
(LARPENTEUR TO COUNTY ROAD B)
WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared plans and specifications for
the improvement of Cleveland Avenue between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road
B and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for
approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Falcon Heights City Council
that the feasibility study for Cleveland Avenue as prepared by Ramsey County
Public Works be approved, and
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the City Engineer is authorized and
directed to execute such plans on behalf of the City of Falcon Heights.

RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRAFFIC
SIGNAL SYSTEM AT CLEVELAND AND ROSELAWN AVENUES

WHEREAS, Ramsey County has prepared plans and specifications
for a traffic signal system at Cleveland and Roselawn Avenues and has
presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Falcon Heights City Council
that the plans and specifications as prepared by Ramsey County Public Works
be approved, and
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the city engineer is authorized and
directed to execute such plans on behalf of the City of Falcon Heights.
