A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING HEARING ON IlVIPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 25, 1992, a report has been
prepared by Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. with reference to the Cleveland
Avenue Improvement between the centerline of Larpenteur Avenue West and the
centerline of Roselawn Avenue, and this report was received by the Council on
April 8, 1992.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and
the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $1,464,488.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of May,
1992, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on or about 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law
Adopted by the Council this 8th day of April, 1992.
