C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: May 13, 1992
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted the 8th
day of April, 1992 fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed
improvement of Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to Roselawn
Avenue by reconstruction of the existing street;
AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published
notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th
day of May, 1992, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON
HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the council resolution adopted the 8th day of April,
1992, which approved the local feasibility study for
the Cleveland Avenue project.
