C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: May 27, 1992
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT FOR TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT BY ROTTLUND HOMES
WHEREAS, Rottlund Homes has submitted plans for development
of 24 townhomes on Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Stratford Office Park
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission, following their public
hearing, recommended approval of the concept with the following conditions:
(1) Any additional landscaping refinements will be
worked out with staff
•
(2) City engineer to review drainage plans and
drainage calculations to ensure they meet
requirements;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City
of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that the preliminary PUD for a 24 townhome
development for Rottlund Homes on Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Stratford
Office Park Addition be approved subject to the conditions set forth by
the planning commission.
