A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL PUD
FOR LOTS 3, 4, 5 AND 6 OF THE STRATFORD OFFICE
PARK ADDITION TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL PUD
WHEREAS, Rottlund Homes has proposed a 24 townhome development
on Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Stratford Office Park Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the existing development plan for the property is
Commercial Planned Unit Development; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission following their public hearing
recommended amendment of the PUD designation to medium density residential
for a townhome project;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the city
~f Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that the development plan for lots 3, 4,
5 and 6 of the Stratford Office Park Addition be amended from Commercial
PUD to Medium Density Residential PUD.
