C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: June 24, 1992
A RESOLUTION REVISING TEMPORARY PARKING PERMIT FEES
(AMENDING SECTION 5-14.09 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE)
WHEREAS, Section 9.5-14.01 of the city code provides that
license and permit fees may be established and revised by resolution,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that some parking permit fees were in
need of clarification;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the parking permit fee schedule be revised as follows:

$1.00/vehicle Temporary parking permit
(up to 3 weeks)
$5.00/event Temporary parking permit
for 5 or more vehicles for a
one-time, one day event
$100.00 Filing fee for residential permit
parking
$10.00 each/first 2

sequent vehicles Annual residential parking permit
$5.00 Lost permit replacement
