A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN
FOR LOTS 3, 4, 5 AND 6 OF STRATFORD OFFICE PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights comprehensive land use plan calls
for limited business on the 3 1/2 acres of property north of city hall;
and
WHEREAS, land use demands did not support this designation;
and
WHEREAS, there is a demand for medium density residential use
of the property and it is appropriate to change the comprehensive land
use plan to reflect this designation; and
. WHEREAS, the planning commission following their May 18, 1992
hearing unanimously recommended such an amendment;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City
of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that the city's comprehensive land use plan
be amended to designate the 3 1/2 acres north of city hall (Lots 3, 4, 5 and
6 of the Stratford Office Park Addition) as medium density residential.
