C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY TO THE
RECREATION SCHOLARSHIP TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, a recreation scholarship trust fund has been
established to allow children to participate in recreation activities who
might otherwise be unable to do so; and
WHEREAS, the present donated funding has been depleted; and
WHEREAS, the city council desires to allocate $200.00 from the
contingency account to ensure continuation of the program through 1992; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that additional donated funds will be
forthcoming and those funds will be used to replace funds transferred from
the contingency account;
• NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Falcon Heights City Council
that $200.00 be transferred from the contingency account to the Recreation
Scholarship Trust Fund with the expectation of replacing any funds used with
anticipated donations.
