C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date: July 8, 1992
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR
TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT BY ROTTLUND HOMES
WHEREAS, Rottlund Homes has submitted plans for development
of 24 townhomes on Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Stratford Office Park
Addition; and
WHEREAS, Resolution R-92-18 approving the preliminary PUD,
with conditions, was adopted by the Falcon Heights City Council on
May 27, 1992; and
•
WHEREAS, the developer has met the required conditions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the
City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that the final PUD for a 24 townhome
development for Rottlund Homes on Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Stratford
Office Park Addition be approved (to be replatted to Maple Knoll,
Block 1, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Outlot A).
