Date: July 9, 1992
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATTING FOR LOTS 3,
4, 5 AND 6 OF STRATFORD OFFICE PARK ADDITION
TO BLOCK 1, LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 AND OUTLOT A OF MAPLE KNOLLS
WHEREAS, Rottlund Homes has proposed a 24 townhome development
on Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Stratford Office Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, Rottlund Homes has submitted plans for subdivision
and platting of the above property to accommodate the townhome development,
and
WHEREAS, the city planning commission following their public
hearing on May 22, 1992 recommended approval of the request;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City
f Falcon Heights, Minnesota, that the preliminary and final platting of the
parcel of land consisting of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Stratford Office
Park Addition be approved to be Block 1, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Outlot A
of Maple Knolls.
