C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N

A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION R-92-12
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights city council adopted Resolution
R-92-12 on April 8, 1992 granting a conditional use permit to Dr. Douglas
LeMay for the establishment of a veterinary clinic at 1552 W. Larpenteur
Ave; and
WHEREAS, Dr. LeMay has informed the city that he no longer plans
to establish the business at this location; and,
WHEREAS, conditional uses remain with the property; and
WHEREAS, Resolution R-92-12 has not been recorded with the Ramsey
County Recorder as is required to attach the conditional use to the land,
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed prudent to rescind the Resolution R-92-12 to
. alleviate any misunderstanding in the future;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Falcon Heights city council
that Resolution R-92-12 be rescinded.
