A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets within the City of Falcon Heights:
Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue
Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street
Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue
Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Vincent Avenue from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Northrup Avenue from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Coffman Street
and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
• improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc., for
study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 9th day of september , 1992.
