C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N

A RESOLUTION REDUCING THE 1993 DEBT LEVY ON
GENERAL OBLIGATION DEBT
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Falcon Heights has
funds on hand in the Debt Service Funds in the amount of $122,700.00 and;
WHEREAS, this amount is strictly reserved for the debt payment
on the General Obligation Capital Notes of 1990, and General Obligation
Improvement Bonds of 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City
of Falcon Heights that the following be removed from the 1993 tax levy:
G.O. Capital Notes of 1990 $100,200.00
G.O. Improvement Bonds of 1991 22,500.00
TOTAL REDUCTION: $122,700.00
