A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT, AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE
MATTER OF THE 1993 STREET IlVIPROVEME1o1`~`S
WHEREAS,. pursuant to resolution of the council adopted September 9, 1992, a report has
been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the
following described streets:
Fulham Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Vincent Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Northrup Street form Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Burton Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Coffman Street from Hoyt Avenue to Folwell Avenue
Folwell Avenue from Fulham Street to Folwell Avenue
Autumn Street from Roselawn Avenue to Prior Avenue
Prior Avenue from Roselawn Avenue to Summer Street
Summer Street from Moore Avenue to Howell Avenue
And this report was received by the Council on November 25, 1992.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $989.200.
2. .Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for
the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Adopted by the council this 25th day of November, 1992.
