BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of

Falcon Heights that $23,000.00 be transferred from the TIF District #1
Pool Fund to the 1985 B TIF Bond (Stratford) Fund.

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of
Falcon Heights that $851,703.36 be transferred as follows:

TIF District #1 Construction $391,925.12
(Bullseye) 84B TIF Bond 126,784.34
TIF District #2 Construction 126,784.34
(Stratford) Rottlund Construction
Fund 332,993.90
Stratford 85B TIF Bonds 332,993.90
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the city council of Falcon Heights
to create a TIF District #1 Construction Fund and a TIF District #2
Construction Fund as new funds and close out the Rottlund Construction Fund
to its proper debt service fund.
