RESOLUTION NO. R-91-6
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDOMINIUM
DECLARATION FOR 1666 COFFMAN
WHEREAS, in connection with the 1666 Coffman Project, the City
of Falcon Heights was a party to the Declaration for condominium
No. 264, 1666 Coffman, a condominium, dated August 27, 1986;
WHEREAS, the property involved in the 1666 Coffman Project
is being registered in Ramsey County Torrens Case No. 12543;
• WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Examiner of Titles requires that
certain technical changes be made in the Declaration, and that the
Declaration be re-executed in the form attached to this Resolution
as Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the public interest
to approve said revised Declaration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of Falcon Heights hereby approves the revised Declaration in the
form attached as Exhibit A and that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Declaration on behalf of
the City of Falcon .Heights.
