A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPLICATION FOR A
METROPOLITAN COUNCIL PLANNING LOAN
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights desires to join with the Cit~•
of Roseville in a study of Opportunities for Cooperation; and
WHEREAS, the study is estimated to cost $50,800; and
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council offers local planning assistance
loans for such projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Administrator be
authorized to submit an application to the Metropolitan Council for a $38,100
three year loan which is 75 percent of the estimated cost.
