A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING MARCH 14, 1991
ADULT HIGH SCHOOL DAY
WHEREAS, the Roseville Area Schools' Adult High School will
celebrate its 20th year of providing education opportunities to adults
16 and older who are no longer in school, and
WHEREAS, the program offers the following critically needed programs:
High school diploma completion, GED preparation, college entry review,
English-as-a-second language and basic skills instruction, and
WHEREAS, during its 20 years of existence more than 2,500 students
have attended and 618 have graduated with diplomas or GEDs, and
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights City Council supports and endorses this..
important service,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights that March 14, 1991 be proclaimed Adult High School Day
in the City of Falcon Heights.
