• RESOLUTION NO. 91-15
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION
OF SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 90-10
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 90-10 entitled "An Ordinance
Amending Chapter 4, Parts 7 and 8 of the City Code Relating to
Cable Communication (Transfer of Community Television
Programming Responsibilities to Member Cities)" was adopted by
the Falcon Heights City Council on December 12, 1990; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance contains several pages of text;
and
WHEREAS, the contents of said Ordinance can be summarized
as follows:
Ordinance No. 90-10 provides for the transfer of
community television programming responsibilities to
member cities; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191 authorizes
publication of ordinance summaries in lieu of publication of
the entire text of ordinances under certain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, the Council hereby determines that publication
of this Resolution, including the title and summary of
Ordinance No. 90-10 will clearly inform the public of the
intent and effect of the Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of
the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, as follows:

1. A copy of this Resolution shall be published in lieu
of publishing a copy of Ordinance No. 90-10.
2. A copy of the complete Ordinance shall be available
for inspection in the Office of the City Clerk.
ADOPTED by the Falcon Heights City Council this 13th day
of March 1991.
