A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PARKING POLICY
AND PROCEDURES FOR RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Falcon Heights that the attached Parking Policy and Procedures for
residential permit parking be adopted, and
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that fees for residential parking permits
be incorporated in Section 5-14-03 of the city code and that both the
policy and fees may from time to time be amended by resolution.
