LICENSES AND PERMITS 5-13.01 Fees for Licenses and Permits The following fees are to be included in the City's license and fee schedule: Fire False Alarms $150 for second false alarm and $200.00 for the third and all subsequent false alarms at an address within one calendar year. Security False Alarms $25.00 for second call and $50.00 for the third and each subsequent false alarm at an address within a calendar year. Subdivision 1. Misdemeanor. In the event an individual fails to obtain the necessary icense or permit, that individual shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Subdivision 2. Rea lication followin Denial. In the event an individual is enie a icense or permit, that individual may not reapply for a license or permit until six (6) months have passed from the date of denial. PART 14.
