RESOLUTION 91-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for .the improvement of Hamline Avenue
between the centerline of Larpenteur Avenue and the centerline of
County Road B by Ramsey County, and the contract price for such
improvement is $1,426,322.75, and expenses incurred_ or to be
incurred in the making of such improvement amounts to $399,400 for
so that the total cost of the improvement will be $1,825,722.75.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights, Minnesota:
1. The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by other funding
sources including the City is hereby declared to be $1,748,722.75 and
the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property
owners is declared to be $77,000.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the consulting city engineer,
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of
land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in
the City office for public inspection.
3. The clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment roll,
notify the Council thereof.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of May, 1991.
