C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N

A RESOLUTION REVISING PARK RENTAL FEES (AMENDING
SECTION 5-14.05 SUBD (a) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE)
WHEREAS, Section 5-14.01 of the City Code provides that
license and permit fees may be established and revised by
resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Commission has determined
that the previous rental fees do not address all uses of the
facilities;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Falcon Heights that the park facilities fee schedule be
revised as follows:

a. Park Facilities
1. Seasonal Use, Field Rental (one day/week)
Fee Item
150.00 Community Park (includes access to bathrooms)
80.00 Idaho/Snelling
80.00 University Grove
2. Occasional Use (field rental each time)
Fee Item
20.00 w/bathroom 10.00 wo/bathroom (Community Park)
20.00 w/bathroom 10.00 wo/bathroom (Idaho/Snelling)
10.00 University Grove
3. Park Building
Fee
50.00 per shift or portion of a shift (two rental
shifts available daily 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4
p.m. to 10 p.m.) plus any set-up cost if set-
up is requested.
30.00 for two hours or less when building use is
limited to multi-purpose space (kitchen use
limited to coffee pot and refrigerator).
