CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date May 22, 1991
Be it resolved that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1
through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of
Transportation be appointed as agent of the City of Falcon
Heights to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of
local roads and bridge, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to
execute and enter into a contract with the Commissioner of
Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of such
. contracts in the form as set forth and contained in "Minnesota
Department of Transportation Agency Agreement" a copy of which
said agreement was before the City Council, assuming on behalf
of the City all of the obligations therein contained.
