C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
REQUESTING PARKING ON THE WESTSIDE OF HAMLINE AVENUE
BETWEEN LARPENTEUR AND ROSELAWN
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation
changed its standards to allow a parking lane on a county state
aid highway of 52 feet width; and
WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Falcon Heights
desire on-street parking;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Falcon Heights
City Council requests Ramsey County to provide a parking lane on
the westside of Hamline Avenue between Larpenteur and Roselawn.
And, that this resolution supersede any earlier resolution
• regarding parking on Hamline Avenue between Larpenteur and
Roselawn.
