I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording
officer of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached Resolution
passed and adopted with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
Witness my hand officially as such recording office, and the

Member Wallin introduced Resolution R-90-7 and
moved its adoption.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was seconded by Member Ciernia and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz and Wallin
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
• adopted and was signed by the Mayor whose signature was
attested by the City Clerk.

RESOLUTION x-90-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
•
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted 26th ,
day of July 1989, fixed a date for the Council hearing on the
proposed improvement of Hamline Avenue from the north line of Larpenteur
Avenue to the south line of Roselawn Avenue by reconstruction of the
existing street;
AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of
the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the thirteenth
day of September, 1989, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted 26th day of July 1989,
which approved the Ramsey County feasibility study for the Hamline Avenue
project.
