A RESOLUTION RELATING TO LEVXING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FOR DELINQUENT FALSE ALARM FEES
Resolved,•.that,
1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent false alarm
fees against the property hereinafter set forth, in the amount
set forth opposite the description of such property;
2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter set forth is hereby
levied against such tract, with an interest rate of eight percent
annually, respectively;
3. A total amount of such special assessment, shall be payable with
the 1990 real estate taxes due and payable during 1991;
4. The ;:lerk shall transmit a certified copy of the assessment to
the C:~unty Auditor to be extended on the proper tax lists of
~~he .^.cunty and such assessment shall be collected and paid in
the same manner as other municipal taxer;
