A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Albert Street between Larpenteur
Avenue and Garden Avenue, Arona Street between Crawford Avenue and Roselawn
Avenue, Fry Street between Larpenteur Avenue and Garden Avenue, Garden
Avenue between Fry Street and Snelling Avenue, St. Mary's Street between
Larpenteur Avenue and Maple Knoll Drive and Maple Knoll Drive between Fry
Street and Snelling Avenue by reconstruction and to assess the benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Maier Stewart &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they be instructed to report to the
council with all convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
• should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the council this 25th day of April, 1990.
