A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN EMERGENCY
PREPAREDNESS PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
•
WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency recommends
that each municipality adopt a Superfund Amendment and Re-authorization
Act (SARA) Title III Emergency Preparedness P1_an; and
WHEREAS, the Falcon Heights City Council deems it would
be prudent to have a plan in place;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Falcon Heights that the proposed SARA Title III Emergency
Preparedness Plan be adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that such plan be incorporated
into the City's Administrative Manual.
