A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 90-17 of the Council adopted April 25,
1990, a report has been prepared by Maier Stewart and Associates with
reference to the improvement of Albert Street between Larpenteur Avenue and
Garden Avenue, Arona Street between Crawford Avenue and Roselawn Avenue, Fry
Street between Larpenteur Avenue and Garden Avenue, Garden Avenue between
Fry Street and Snelling Avenue, St. Mary's Street between Larpenteur Avenue
and Maple Knoll Drive and Maple Knoll Drive between Fry Street and Snelling
Avenue, and this report was received by the Council on July 25, 1990.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at
an estimated total cost of the improvement of $879,680.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2.6th
day of sept,, 1990 in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m.,
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council this 25th day of July, 1990.
