A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF STATE AID FUNDS FOR
PARTICIPATION IN THE INSTALLATION OF AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE
PRE-EMPTION SYSTEM ON T.H. 51 (SNELLING AVENUE)AND COUNTY
STATE AID HIGHWAY N0. :30 (LARPENTEUR AVENUE)
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable for the City of Falcon Heights to
participate in the cost of a pre-emption signal at Snelling and Larpenteur
Avenues, in conjunction with the reconstruction of Snelling Avenue located
within the limits of said municipality,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do request an appropriation
from our Municipal State Aid Street Funds in the amount of $6,977.50 toward
the construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Transportation
to approve this authorization.
