A RESOLUTION RELATING TO DESIGNATING MAIER STEWART
AND ASSOCIATES, INC. TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF FALCON
HEIGHTS IN ALL MN-DOT FUNCTIONAL PROCEDURES FOR THE CITY
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights is in need
of designated engineering firm to represent them in all matters relating
to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and
RESOLVED, That the firm of Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is a
qualified firm to represent the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of Falcon
Heights hereby designates the firm of Maier Stewart and Associates,
Inc. to represent the City of Falcon Heights in the above mentioned
matters.
