A RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPROVING THE PLANS FOR SNELLING AVENUE
IMPROVEMENTS, COMO AVENUE TO HIGHWAY 36
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the state of Minnesota has
prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement
of Trunk Highway No. 125, renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 51 within the
corporate limits of the City of Falcon Heights, from the So. Corp. limits
to No. Corp. limits; and seeks the approval thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions of the
improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City,
be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grade as shown and
consent is hereby given to all and all changes in grade occasioned by said
construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking
of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of
said City, on said Trunk .Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the
• highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets
intersecting said trunk highway.
