iJHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights. Minnesota is considering
vacating an alley located Porth of Larpenteur Avenue, running between Holton aad
Pascal Streets,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the City Council of Falcon Heights, ?innesota as
follows:
The Council will consider the vacation of such easement and a
public hearing. shall be held on such proposed vacation on the
22nd day of July, 1987, before the City Council, in the City
Hall, 2077 hest Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota,
at 7:05 o'clock P.K.. and the Clerk shall give public and posted
notice as zequired by law.
