A RESOLUTION RELATING TO VACATING THE ALLEY NORTH OF LARPENTEUR, PASCAL
TO HOLTON
WHEREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights has been considering
vacating the alley north of Larpenteur running from Holton Street
to Pascal Street, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 22, 1987 before the City
Council in the City Hall after due published and posted notice has
been given by the Clerk and all persons interested were given an
opportunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest to the City
to vacate such land, and
WHEREAS, four-fifths of all of the members of the Council concur
in this resolution,

north of lots 17 through 20 in the Husby Addition.
