A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY FOR THE GENERAL
AND SIidKING FUNDS OF THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS.
RESOLVED, that .the City of Falcon Heights does not have a bank within its
boundaries, and in the•past has designated North Star State Bank, Roseville, as
its depository for the funds of the City of Falcon Heights and that the North
Star State Bank of Roseville be designated as depository for the funds of the
City of Falcon Heights, and the City Treasurer is authorized to deposit general
and other funds therein. Collateral shall be furnished ,by the North Star State
Bank as required by law.
