A RESOLUTION FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF ST. MARY'S STREET
PARKING IMPROVEMENT COSTS TO RESTAURANT ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights and Restaurant Associates
entered into an Assessment Agreement on May 11, 1988 for parking improvements
on St. Mary's St., and
CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
WHEREAS, the said parking improvements were contracted for and
completed satisfactorily, and
WHEREAS, the total final cost of the said project was $17,880.14.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Falcon Heights hereby
assesses Restaurant Associates for parking improvements on St. Mary's Street
according to the terms set out in the aforementioned Assessment Agreement
(See Exhibit A), in the amount of $12,516.10.
