COUIv'C IL RESOLI3TION

A RESOLUTION COMMENDING BRIMHALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
FOR A CENTURY OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, Brimhall Elementary School has been an education focal
point for many generations of families in the Falcon Heights area,
and
WHEREAS, Brimhall Elementary School continues to provide the
highest quality educational experience for the children of the Community,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights wishes to commend the dedication
of the teachers and staff of Brimhall Elementary School in providing
the most valuable of all community services, that of educating our
youngest citizens, and
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights a]_so wishes to officially
note the historic Century anniversary of the original Brimhall. School,
• BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the week of October 24, 1988
is officially designated as Brimhall Appreciation Week in the City
of Falcon Heights.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the .City Council of the City ;:f
Falcon Heights does hereby officially commend and express thF~ City's
heartfelt appreciation to the teachers and staff of a'~fimhaJ_1 S~~~hool,
past and present, for their thousands of tireless hoL!.rs of service
to the education of the children of the community.
