A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHECK NO. 22419 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $20,294.70, TO NORTHERN STATES POWER FOR INSTALLA-
TION OF 8 STREET LIGHTS IN UNIVERSITY GROVE AREA
CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS
C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
Date June 28 , 1 989
WHEREAS, that it is the City's intent to finance
the University Grove Street Lights Project through the sale
of debt, and
WHEREAS, the City reserves the right to issue debt
even though the City is funding this project at this time,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that Check No. 22419
be approved and issued.
