RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON S.A.P.
62-650-04 FROM LARPENTEUR AVENUE TO ROSELAWN
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 25th day of October, 1989 by the
City of Falcon Heights in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal
corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the "City", has planned the improvement of CSAH 50
(Hamline Avenue) from Larpenteur Avenue to Roselawn Avenue.
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for
parking on both sides of the street; and approval of the proposed
construction as a County State Aid Street project must therefore
be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the "City" shall
ban parking of motor vehicles on the west side of CSAH 50 (Hamline
Avenue) at all times following the proposed construction.
