A RESOLUTION VACATING THE WESTERLY 25 FEET OF LOT D
NORTH OF FOLWELL AVENUE AS CONSTRUCTED (AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION #90, UNIVERSITY GROVE)

WHEREAS, the City Council of Falcon Heights has been considering vacating
a portion of the City easement on the extension of Folwell Avenue, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 13, 1989, before the City
Council in the City Hall after due published and posted notice has been given
by the Clerk and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard;
and
WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest to the City to
vacate such land, and
WHEREAS, four-fifths of all of the members of the Council concur in this
resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the property described as follows is
hereby vacated:
Westerly 25 feet of Lot D, North of Folwell
Avenue As Constructed (Auditor's Subdivision
#90, University Grove)
