A RESOLUTION RELATING TO DELCARING A VACANCY ON THE FALCON HEIGHTS CITY
COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Councilmember Baldwin was elected to a four year council term for the
City of Falcon Heights to expire in 1988; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Baldwin .was elected Mayor of the City of Falcon Heights
to commence his duties on January 8, 1986; and
WHEREAS, at such time as Councilmember Baldwin becomes Mayor of the City of
Falcon Heights there will be a vacancy on the Council.
NOW, THEREFORE., be it resolved, that the vacancy on the Council is hereby duly
Aekhowi~dged and steps will be taken to fill such vacancy.
