:WHEREAS the.Commiesioner of the .Department of Transportation has
~`~ prepared a preliminary layout for the improvement of apart of Trunk Highway
Number 15 renumbered. as Trunk Highway No. .999 within the corporate limits of the
_° City. of .Falcon Heights, from the So. Corp. limits to Commonwealth Avenue; .and
:°A seeks the ..approval thereof, and
,,L" WHEREAS said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the
+ Aepartment of Transportston, Saint: Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout No. 2A $. P. 2700-20 (999'15) and $. P. 6200-15 (99915) from
Mississippi River. to Snelling Avenue.

NOW, THEN, BE IT ~tBSOLVED'that said preliminarq layouts for the improvement
of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be sad hereby are approved.
Upon the call of the roll the following Council Members voted in favor of
