A RESOLUTION RELATING TO REQUESTING A VARIANCE FROM CURRENT
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STANDARDS
RESOLVED, That maintenance costs on Municipal State Aid streets in the
City are in excess of the standard maintenance allotment.
RESOLVED, That the request for an increase in the Maintenance allotment
was not filed in a timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon
Heights that a variance be requested from Minnesota Rules for State Aid
Operations 8820, 1400 Subpart 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Transportation be and
is hereby requested upon receipt of this resolution to transfer twenty-
five (25) percent of the total 1986 Municipal State Aid Allotment to
the Maintenance Fund.
