R RESOLUTION RELATING TO CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DN
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF ROSELAWN, CLEVELAND TO 280
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
that a Public Hearing be held on May 14, 1986, at 7:15 P.M. in the City
Hall at 2077 West Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota, to consider
the above .improvements.

DATE AND TIP~IE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at 7:15 P.M.
on May 14, 1986, at City Hall, 2077
West Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights,
Minnesota a public hearing will be held
to consider improvement of Roselawn
Avenue, Cleveland to 280
IMPROVEMENT: Such improvement provides for reconstruction
of Roselawn Avenue.

COST: The estimated cost to Falcon Heights of
the improvement is $82,000. The area to
be assessed includes the following. parcels
as identified by the Ramsey County Assessor:
