C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N
• Date May 14, 1986
R RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
TO ROSELAWN AVENUE (CLEVELAND TO 280) SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has let bids for the improvement of
Roselawn Avenue from .Cleveland Avenue to Trunk Highway 280, and
WHEREAS, the City of Falcon Heights will share in the cost by assessing
the University of Minnesota for project Numbers S.A.P. 62-626-0 and
62-626-02, and
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights
hereby orders the construction of the above project subject to Ramsey
County lending the City of Falcon Heights the full construction cost
at no cost to the City until such time the Minnesota Legislature passes
legislation appropriating said funds to the University of Minnesota
to pay for the improvement cost.
