C O U N C I L R E S O L U T I O N

R RESOLUTION RELATING TO ORDERING THE RECONSTRUCTION OF HAMLINE
AVENUE FROM HOYT TO LARPENTEUR AVENUE AND ALLEY BETWEEN LARPENTEUR
AND CALIFORNIA AVENUES (HAMLINE TO ALBERT)
RESOLVED, That since Ramsey County has taken bids for the construction of
Hamline Avenue between Hoyt and Larpenteur Avenues and reconstruction of
storm sewer in the alley between Larpenteur Avenue and California Avenue
(Hamline to Albert), low bidder being M. Danner Trucking, Inca, in the
amount of $307,257.17,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Falcon Heights, Minnesota
orders the project, and agrees to its proportional share in said project,
known as MSA 124-126-01.
