A RESOLUTION RELATING TO STATE PROJECT 6215-63 (51=125), STATE PROJECT
6219-99, 103 (51=125), FEDERAL PROJECT STATE FUNDS (SNELLING AVENUE
FROM COi40 TO HIGHWAY 36)
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has
prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the
improvement of Trunk Highway No. 51, within the corporate limits of
the City of Falcon Heights, from the So. Corp limits to No. Corp
limits; and seeks approval thereof;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the
improvement of said Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the
City, be and hereby are approved including the elevations and grades
as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade
occasioned by said construction described in and limited to Sheets
1, 8, 19, and 24 of 26 Sheets, and Sheets 1, 16, and 17 of 28 Sheets
of Projects Nos.6215-63, 6216-103, and 6216-99.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking
of all vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate
• limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the
curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks
on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway.
